Our Journey
The journey of our company started in the year 1993 as a service provider in the name of M/s KGN Refrigeration under the guidance of our mentor Late Shri Rais Ahmed Siddiqui and by continuously providing good services and strengthening practical relationships, in the year 2000 we entered into the manufacturing of Commercial Equipment Of Refrigeration and by continuously fulfilling the dreams and expectations of our customers, whom we consider our business family, by continuously providing excellent services and being encouraged by the respect and support given by our esteemed customers, in the year 2023 we got ourselves registered under the Companies Act with the Government of India in the name of ICY HEAVEN REFRIGERATION PRIVATE LIMITED.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full or partial payment must be made as per the terms mentioned in the quotation or invoice. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or other approved methods.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are provided based on standard production schedules. Icy Heaven Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
Installation
We provide installation and commissioning services only for industrial chillers, heat pumps, and cold rooms. Water coolers are delivered as plug-and-play products and do not include installation service.
